raise money to grow their organizations, and make systematic
changes, as
needed, to keep their businesses profitable.
Labor Trends:
Management is a large occupation, and many openings will
occur
each year as executives transfer to other positions, start
their own
businesses, or retire. Competition for top management
level
positions will remain high.

Managers must be able to communicate clearly and
persuasively. Other qualities critical for managerial
success include
